Dixion leaving Missouri

Yeah, not a good way to end your college career. OU recruited Dixon when Capel was here.

Not sure this is the end of his career. He can still transfer and play (I've even read that he could be eligible immediately; if true, he could transfer somewhere now and play in a couple weeks, but I suspect he's more likely to gain eligibility next season).

Who would want him? After reading police reports and such MU should have cut bait back in 2010. He had no business being on the team.

Agree he should've been gone. Sounds like he would have been if the woman decided to press charges.

I don't know what happened, but the lack of charges in either case might allow someone to stomach him for a season. Xavier recently had a guy accused of rape (but never charged) transfer to Maryland after getting kicked out. I don't know the details of that one, though.

If Dixon were a role player, he'd be done. But because he's someone with legitimate All-American potential in the right role, I expect someone to take him. If not, he'll still have professional options.

From reading the reports and the article from the St. Louis paper the school nurse that examined her said it appeared that force - not rough sex - was involved. The woman was afraid of him and didn't press charges. The second incident seemed to be a bit more iffy. But let's be honest. Who on here has been accused of rape once, let alone twice? The old smoke and fire seems to apply here. I hope he puts this behind him and does good things.

I heard negative things about him when he was in high school at Lee's Summit West which clearly have been validated by his behavior at Missouri. Absolutely no reason Coach Kruger should even consider bringing in a character liability like Dixon.

A friend of mine has played pickup ball with him a few times, and he insists he's dumb as hell. I know several people who say Dixon is, at best, creepy. Accusations of rape aside, he still hasn't ever been a guy I completely loved rooting for.
