#1 ranked Duke is in trouble on the road at Miami. The score was 42 - 19 at the half. That's right, the mighty Blue Devils scored a total of 19 points in the first half.

Duke is trying to mount a comeback. Score is now 51 - 28 with a little over 16 minutes left in the game.

A comment was made that Miami has 5 or 6 seniors in their top 6 or 7 players. They have 2 5th year seniors and 1 6th year senior. There is something to be said for older, more mature players.

They are also big and athletic. #35 looked like a match-up nightmare for any team.

I didn't mean to say that Miami was a bad team.

I was merely pointing out that (until tonight), Miami had not accomplished any more than we had, and they had 2 bad losses compared to our one bad loss.

Coach K was not a happy camper at the end of the game. His face looked more "rat-like" than I thought possible. If he's not the ugliest coach when he screws his face up like that, I'd hate to see the guy who can top him.

It's obvious I'm not the only one who enjoyed the butt-kickin' Duke endured at the hands of the Canes. :ez-laugh:

Duke couldn't have played any worse if all the players had temperature of 103 and were sick to their stomach. It was a good example of players who had never faced real adversity not knowing how to react when confronted with adversity.
