Elizabeth Scott

Scott should be announcing her college choice tonight... Hopefully she’s headed to OU

Wow! This is one that I really wanted.

#9 Prospect Nation

I see HoopGurlz has her now as an OU commit.

This is beginning to look like an interesting class. Gregory and Smith to combine with Williams, Veitenheimer, et al.

It's only fair to be laud Sherri's recruiting recent recruiting efforts, after being a prime critic.
She has reversed her inability to sign elite Texas HS players while continuing to do a good job scouting evaluating the Southeast.
In addiiton, in state HS talent appears poised to provide a nice supply of top 25/top 50 talent in the 2020/2021 classes.
The future appears very bright in Norman. Which is nice to say.

WOW! Good job to the coaches. They have really turned things around. Hopefully this helps drawn elite center to go with out excellent guards!

Liz is a big pick up for OU she plays hard and with a take no prisoner Attitude... we need kids who think they can beat Baylor or go head to head with Charlie Collier and know they have a chance to come out on Top....

She’s a little undersized at 6’1, but you can’t teach heart and want to....

I wonder if this doesn't push OU past Texas. They lost Atkins and McCarty, two really good guards. Holmes and White are back. Sutton and Underwood are there.

But, they lost the #3 prospect due to transfer. I think I read that Prince will miss her freshman year due to injury. Collier is tough. But, she may be the only positive replacement this year.

I wonder if with Llanusa and Pennington returning to go with a pretty solid incoming class in Madison Williams, Nydia Lampkin, Aspen Williston, Taylor Robertson, Jesse Murcer, and Tatum Veitenheimer might just be enough to create a match for Texas.

I think Gregory and Liz Scott are better than anyone Texas and Baylor is after. I think they have one commitment each, and I don't see that they are in on any superstars this year. We might still have a shot at a Brown, Amihere, Okbigwe, or Warnock.

This is great news!!!

But what is the deal on Llanusa and Pennington?

They are not going anywhere. They, along with the recruits Sherri is bringing in, could help propel OU to heights it hasn't seen in a decade.

This is great news. Sherri and the staff are kicking some butt on the trail suddenly.

Can’t say how impressed I am with the recruiting effort. Amazing.

We are going to be much improved over the next couple of years.

By next fall, I think the talent edge with UT is almost eliminated.
And with Baylor it is more than manageable.

Hopefully OU gets some more visitors later in the month for KSU/Army weekends.
I'd love to see an Amihere visit just from a recruiting hype standpoint.
Warnock seems like a similar player to Gregory, so maybe a duplication of skills
issue.

But I'll definitely take Brown.

Is there something i'm missing here? Is Warnock committed as well? Gregory and Scott coming in next year is BIG. All we need now is a solid, productive post.

The only commitments are Bloom, Scott, and Gregory. I think he was making the point that since we have Gregory coming in, further pursuit of Warnock would appear to be redundant.

Warnock seems very similar to Gregory. If OU is only going to use one more ship in this class, then I'd prefer a focus on a center/athletic big PF.

Not having seen any of them extensively, it seems that Llanusa, Williams, Gregory, and Scott exhibit a lot of similarities. Madi appears to have more athleticism.
