If I were an ISU fan.....i would be beside myself. I dont know who that i would be more pissed off at?....Prohm, the players or the refs. What a mentally weakass team from the top down. They are sick on offense, but find a way to eff things more than any team I've seen in recent memory.

They railed themselves tonight. Ohio St. isn’t very good. ISU was terrible tonight. You can’t play that poorly in the tournament and expect to win or get sympathy for a blown call.

Damn straight.....ISU had some calls go against them...no doubt. But they had no business losing to an Ohio State team that limped into the tournament. What a weakass, fragile team. And I had them going to the Elite 8 in two of my brackets.....so screw them.

I don’t understand how a ref can call a kid out of bounds when no part of the kid ever went out of bounds. It’s an impossible call to miss. It wasn’t like a bang-bang call, it was right in front of him and deliberate

It seemed that ISU had no plan on how to deal with Ohio State's big guy. It will be interesting to see how Houston defenses him.

Is traveling on a spot inbound still a thing? That kid shuffled left then shuffled right and ran for enough yards to pick up a first down. I was beside myself in my own living room but the ISU coach just stuck his hands in his pockets and didn’t say a word.

ISU in 2019 reminded me of OU in 2001. Sometimes, it is nice to get that Big XII Conference Tournament Championship, but they seem to be doing it at the expense of playing well in the NCAA Tournament. It brought us some great memories back in 2001 in spite of a 1st round knockout punch to a #13 seed, but I wouldn't want to make a habit of that at the expense of playing well in the Dance.

man, that makes four out of bounds calls i have seen in this tourney alone where the player wasn’t actually out of bounds. way too much anticipation and assumption on the refs part. inexcusable.

There were some bad calls against ISU, but they screwed themselves. Gave up 12 offensive rebounds, shot 27% from 3, and had no answer for the big man inside. Their effort was pretty meh at times as well.

yeah. there were certainly bad calls but it was ISU incompetence that sealed their fate. And it was just dumb stuff too. they just really didnt have their heads on for that game. so many times it seems like jacobsen is the only one really putting forth a superlative effort out there.
