I have him a b. I think he has done a good job with the talent we have. It's just simple, we need more talent and more rebounding. Some things you just can't teach.

We run terrible offensive sets (seem to be designed to get tough shots), create very few issues shots for ourselves via transition, play decent half-court D at times but do not play D in a way to get very many easy transition baskets at all.

Bottom line, our style is one that should be used by teams that can out-talent their opponents. We cannot.

I agree Luck with what you say, but LK's strength has never been recruiting, it was taking good players and coaching them up. That is my concern, is the talent level going to be good enough to win in the Big 12.

this is the leftover problem from the Capel era mostly. Going to take longer than we as fans wanted to believe. But better talent is needed

We have no offense scheme. I voted C should have been a D

I give it a C. We are quite a bit worse than last year, but that's because we're giving all these minutes to a bunch of freshmen who are nowhere close to being ready. This will likely help down the line, but it's also frustrating because I think this team would be pretty solid if we just played the seniors more. Next year is probably going to be pretty rough as well, I think we're at least 2 seasons away from the tournament.

Everybody praised Kruger for giving Clark a shot last game and tonight he went right back to playing him only 18 minutes.

I do tend to agree with this. I heard all about how Coach Kruger's X's and O's would set him and us apart from Capel. That has not played out on the court. We have absolutely no offensive system, which is the big criticism I heard all the time from the Capel bashers.

11 of the 16 players in the roster are Krugers guys, and he has Clark, Fitzgerald and Neal on the bench. The only starter that actually played for Capel is Pledger.

At some point people wont be able to blame Capel for Krugers losses. Whether you choose this year or next it has to happen at some point.

Unless we have guys making shots at a high rate we look clueless offensively.

Agree...And Pledger and Osby are still the best players.

These Juco players suck and he has 2 more coming in next year.

I was debating whether to give him a 'C' or a 'D' (no other grade entered my mind). I went with a 'D' only because I don't see this team playing any better now than I did six weeks ago. I could understand giving him a 'C' since this is the best defensive OU team in quite a while. I'm scratching my head wondering how anyone can give him a 'B' or 'A' at this point.

We are quite a bit worse than last year.....

I don't think that is the case. Last time I looked at Ken Pom's site, we were nearly identical to last year on offense, and noticeably better on defense.
