It's one thing to lose to Chaminade, it's another thing to get drilled. Texas gave up 55 points to them in the 2nd half. And it's not like Chaminade was hitting everything they threw up. They only shot 38% from the field and 35% from three. They did shoot 87% from the line and that was a huge difference in the game. Texas shot 57%. Chaminade ended up out-rebounding them 41-33.
True that. I feel a lot better about our chances to beat the whorns in Norman this year, and we might be able to steal one in Austin. Kabongo will help. But this is not a very good UT team right now. Barnes has his work cut out for him if he wants to finish in the top half of the conference.
