Keeley Parks 2025 Offer

Parks is visiting KU this weekend. I get wanting to get away from home, but to Lawrence, Kansas?
 
Don’t like that they’re getting the last visit. That would be such an odd choice for such a highly ranked prospect!
 
I thought she already took her visit to KU recently? Makes me think KU might have the advantage, which is silly considering they lost a lot and aren't ranked and OU is clearly the best program of her top 3 at this time. Fingers crossed!
 
She took an official to KU two weeks ago. Definitely a bad sign.
 
Losing out on her would be such a blow. We are going to need to reload at guard next year desperately with what we lose. I hope we get a good transfer or two for experience.

Don’t be surprised if high quality players come to Oklahoma out of the portal. And if we land Chavez it will make it even more eye opening for good playera out of the portal to want to come to Oklahoma.
 
Keeley Parks seems to be impress with KU basketball program. Because going back for a 2nd visit right after she just visited is very interesting. It could be that or it also could be Jennie has shown more interest in another player that plays the same position Keeley play.
 
if she chooses Kansas best of luck to her. I can’t imagine them doing anything to compete at a national level but maybe there are other things more important to her.
 
Ya, seeing the excitement and atmosphere for a ku guys game is 180 degree from the women’s team. Easy to get wrapped up in that but it won’t be the same for her.

Hopefully she realizes that and she’ll go further at OU.

She won't get to have the same student experience here, in terms of going to watch men's basketball games, at OU that she will there.

I can read her mind now, "We suck but at least I get to go to KU men's bb games."
 
Signing day is Wednesday. Wonder if Keeley went to KU to give them her commitment. The wait is killing me!
 
I have a feeling she goes to ku. Because surely we cannot be that lucky?! If we don't get her or the other two highly sought after recruits hopefully we land a couple solid transfers before next season. Maybe a younger post or another point guard type to help Z Vann next year?! Can't wait to find out come signing Day!
 
With her visiting KU this weekend you have to think they are her leader…if I was Jennie I would make every effort to get with her one last time and bring a video of the Virginia game and tell her she can be next year’s Payton Verhulst.

And wouldn’t she rather be playing for a team that is always in the top 10 in tempo vs a team that is slow and deliberate (KU scored 55 in their first game this year vs Lindenwood)….though I am sure Jennie has already made the tempo point.
 
If she goes to KU it means only one thing- we lost the NIL war because we wouldn't pony up enough money. To keep a girl who grew up and played in Norman.
