Idk executive order whatever they want. Fed will win on paper right now on prolly anything whether constitutional or not. Just my opinion

I don't believe the feds can enforce it....it would probably take new law as you said unless I'm unaware of some obscure constitutional order.

I really think states will, by and large, make their own decisions about opening back up. I know my office has at least two COVID cases from workers who were likely infected in the field. We won't be opening our offices for at least 30 days.

But there are more ways than press briefings for people to know things for not everything revolves around podiums. If one person tells you to shoot up heroin and another tells you to do the same thing a dozen times then they are both culpable.

We are not suggesting you are directly blaming him but there is a list of people who do and it is flawed logic at best and the catalyst for the flaw is nothing but hate (it is neither an answer or a solution). Secondly, there are many in the medical field who have said the same thing. Yesterday he said "I do not know, but I hope it does." And I could provide the clip for you.

He is/was directly blaming him.. bc his terrible argument goes: he mentioned the word chloroquine so being steverocks35's president, anything at all bad that happens with the word chloroquine is directly attributable to him saying the word... Nm the fact that this argument can be then applied to any drug, any topic, indeed any word at all, as anything can be misused or abused resulting in death..

In essence his argument renders all speech by stevenrocks35's president being bad so in other words, #orangemanbad. Which is the essence of 90% of TDS arguments

Just like if he said you could relieve stress by going for a car ride while having to social distance and someone dies in "said" car ride then it it is purely his fault. One day I will not wake up and I will be bestowed with the greatest blessing possible ,and in doing so, I will not have to listen to the hollowed and baseless grovelings that are people.

He didn't "mention" it. He touted the drug repeatedly on national television and it was irresponsible to do so because it's an unproven drug that is toxic at the wrong dosage.

IIRC the active ingredient in the drug is in the same chemical family as strychnine.

Now people are hoarding the drug and it's hard to obtain for people that need it for legitimate reasons.

No the catalyst is stupidity. that ignoramus stands up there and addresses the world like he's some kind of authority when I doubt he can walk and chew gum simultaneously. it's completely irresponsible for anyone much less the supposed leader of the free world.

and dont blame steverocks for all that blaming. that was and still is me. he doesn't have to answer up for that and I personally don't care if the whole lot of you dislike me over it. trump is a dangerous idiot and anyone defending him deserves to be throttled.

He said yesterday, speaking of the president, that he doesn't know but he hopes chloroquine works. That is not authoritarian. It just isn't. There is a thing called optimism and you and your kind will not blight it into non existence.
