Kendal Coleman. He portaled from Northwestern State to LSU last offseason. OU showed interest. He went from being super productive at NW St to barely playing at LSU. 15.4 ppg/10 rpg at NW St in '21-22. I don't know why just yet, haven't read up on him.

Jordan Minor and Payton Sparks would both be high on my list.....either way we go we need to add a MINIMUM of one big...preferrably 2.

Denver Jones, Walton and Battle would also be very high on my list as well.

I also like Taran Armstrongs game and I am intrigued by Nick Timberlake

Give me Aaimaq and I wouldn't complain either
 
Freddy Hicks played a chunk of the season for Tarleton with a cast on his left hand (looked like maybe broken finger or fingers) but still balled out on folks. I'm sure it affected his shooting quite a bit.
 
Out of the guys listed by OP that we are confirmed following my list of wants by priority are:

1. Payton sparks (only suitable big = height)
2. Clarence O'Daniells (best rebounds, great 3pt % & avg double double)
3. Mike Mitchell (great assists, best 3 pt %)
4. Jaykwon Walton (good rebounds, great 3 pt %)
5. Jace Carter (great rebounds, 3 pt % not good enough)

We need to process more dudes and get at least these 5 dudes ha

I may be mistaking him with somebody else, but I felt Sparks' film was less impressive than his numbers. I'm not sure his athleticism translates well as a Big XII starter.

You could be right but we neee 5s..

Of the guys listed by OP that we aren't following yet:

1. Kenny Pohto (need 5s and he has 2 years pushes him over Aimaq imo. I dont want anything to do with Lampkin)
2. Nick Timberlake
3. Dont want any PGs unless GS or Uzan leave, then Jameer Nelson Jr. (Over Primo Spears by a smidge)

I just have NO confidence in Northweather or Yaya Keita. I hope Yaya moves on. Northweather has at least an injury to point to, but i think he wont do anything either or imo he would have played at some point last year over Godwin

I'm just so nervous until we get a 5 in the bag.

Sparks looks like he plays short for his height. Big 12 may swat every shot he ever takes but he has to surely be AT LEAST an improvement on Godwin (and i was actually impressed by Godwin overall - he had a really nice game at KU. I just think Godwin wont get much better)
 
Grad transfers K.J. Jenkins (G) and Josiah Allick (PF) are in the portal from the University of New Mexico.

Would've been nice if Northweather had been given some minutes so that he could come into the 2023-24 season with some experience. The decision to redshirt him was a head-scratcher.

Redshirts are good if they need it and committed to the process and not bounce. Why waste a year?
