At the moment, but if we added Tyson, I think 3 point shooting would actually be a significant strength. A lineup of Uzan, McCollum, Darthard, and Tyson could shoot with anybody in the country 1-4.

I mostly agree. I think I need to see McCollum and Darthard shoot well at the B12 level though.

K Johnson is visiting arizona this weekend. I get the feeling that he is not coming to OU.

I don’t have a feel for Tyson but the brother connection gives me some hope because ou has the best combination of football and basketball programs of the teams he is looking at.

If we added Tyson and another guy like Collins or Zuby, I'd venture to say we don't have question marks on the roster. Less than 20 wins and I'd hop on the fire Moser train.

If Tyson were a Sooner, our biggest roster limitation is that we don't have a rim protector.

Those guys have the ability to protect the rim, but maybe not the functional ability to do so. Collin”s defensive Court awareness is pretty low, I’m assuming Zuby has low court awareness too.

Also offensively, teams would be able to defend 5 on 4, due to their lack of offensive talent.

Collins is much farther along than Zuby. If you could somehow get Tyson and Collins, we’ll be a top half of the league team with a chance to play for seeding next year.

It’s like an endless loop. We are definitely getting an early start on the “deepest team in years” predictions. For people to say there are no weaknesses or questions … unless I’m overlooking someone, I don’t think the roster has a single player with NCAA tournament experience. And I’m certain that if/when we struggle, the same people predicting major improvement will fall back on the excuse that it takes time to build continuity with so many new players.

Two 4th and 5th year seniors playing 70 minutes out of a combined 80 total minutes at the position. Only a couple of minutes to go around a roster of 4 and 5 star underclassmen…
