did the oksc uphold a lower court ruling in that case or reverse it? (and does that even matter)

I'm not sure. I do not remember the underlying decision (if there was one).

But it doesn't matter for the small anecdotal point I'm giving that the OKSC seems pro "let the people vote", maybe even to a degree of ignoring precedent.

I hope no more than 8,000.

LNC has been about 10k for a while now probably around that at max. I just hope with it being in a better spot you can get more people southern part of OKC to go to games regularly making it closer to capacity more often. Gotta have a good product on the court too consistently hasn't been for a while now.

I believe the proposal says 8,000 with the ability to scale up. I don’t know what or how they do that but maybe for “bigger” games they can add a few thousand fans.

the original plan was 10k .. but that was downsized due to cost ..
