Oklahoma talent isn't landing at OU, OSU

Its not OUs or OSUs fault that the top players don't want to stay in state. Darnell Jackson, JR Giddens, Xavier Henry, Shelden Williams, Rotnei Clarke, Daniel Orton, Etan Thomas, Nino Jackson...are just the recent players that chose to go out of state instead of staying home to play at OU or OSU.
I'm willing to bet that Sampson, Sutton, Ford and Capel recruited all those guys but they chose not to stay. And this article comes out the year that the talent is way down and its sort of pointing the finger at the coach's for not having more oklahoma kids.

I think we should have offered Ryan Spangler this year....just watch him do big things at Gonzaga...they are a great program....if he can play there then he can definitely play at OU...I can see us possibly regretting it just like Ekpe Udoh he was a beast!
