No fouls on Tech in the last 9 minutes of the game. Seriously! I thought we were going to get into the bonus early after they committed 5 fouls in the first ten minutes of the half. Never happened.

Totally agree. College refs tend to get very rattled. There was zero consistency tonight. Called a foul on doo when evans jumped directly into him while he was backing off. Next play reaves gets hammered going to the rim, no call. Not saying we would have won tonight, but it was very frustrating to watch.

we played better than I thought we would. the guys showed up physically and didnt let Tech push them around like KState did. we just have to translate that to a full 40 minutes.

i hate being this guy, but tech was not called for a foul in the last 4 minutes and 30 seconds of the game, while the sooners were called for at least 6 during that time -- not including the intentional fouls at the end.

tough to win on the road in the big 12.

And Reaves definitely got fouled on a drive and I'm pretty sure there was another blown call

This is what drives me crazy about college basketball. It’s total crap and a big reason why it’s so much harder to win on the road. It’s hard to win on the road anyway, but the ref BS makes it damn near impossible some nights. It’s just not right

If they play the way they played tonight (they played good), I see at least 4-5 more wins maybe. The problem is that they haven't shown that consistent level of effort from game to game.

Although I would love to beat WV, I think we have a much better chance of winning in Stillwater than we have of beating the hillbillies. WV will be the most physical team we play all year. How will we handle that?

The bottom line is this: we are an average team. Average teams have to play perfect games against better teams in order to win, especially on the road. Average teams have a thinner margin of error so they can’t absorb bonehead plays and we had too many of those. We also left their shooters open way too often. It’s tough playing well and still losing but that’s the life of an average basketball team in a good league.

I agree it will be tough. At some point, you have to win these games, especially at home. Wvu is a good team but we can beat them if we play well.

I forgot about osu in Stillwater. That’s another winnable game against an awful team. That’s one game they will probably play over their heads tho, so we will have to ride up and meet the challenge. Something we haven’t done well this season.

OU had the game completely under control... In a game like that it's just a few plays that make the difference.

The 3 given up during one possession of zone... The Manek turnovers... That was really it. The lead was 8 because of intentional fouls. Razor thin game.
