Someone complained about OU's defense. Look st that shooting percentages for WSU, the defense was really good and WSU made some tough shots. OU also out rebounded WSU. Sometimes I am not sure what some of our own fans are watching.

The Hawaii game is going to be fun to watch

They've played down in spurts the last few games. But usually early 2nd half they've shut teams down.

Some good trends continue ...

OU, which entered the contest ranked No. 2 in the country in field goal percentage defense, held the Cougars to .348 (24-69) shooting, including .238 (5-21) from 3-point range. Washington State entered the game ranked 10th nationally in field goal percentage shooting (.506).

Four Sooners scored in double digits, marking the fifth time this season Oklahoma has had four players record double figure performances. OU has had at least three players score 10 or more points in all nine games.

OU, which led by as many as 32 in the game, shot 10-23 (.435) from 3-point range on the night. Oklahoma entered the contest ranked second nationally in 3-point field goal percentage (.477).

How can anyone claim OU played poor defense yesterday. It was great defense. They held a good shooting team to substantially below their average and forced WSU to make some difficult shots to even shoot 35%.
