Tayshawn Thomas news

I guess they want to see how old he will be if they deny the eligibility. Bastages.

Well I'm fully prepared to get effed with this decision too with the way things have gone with the football team and now shake.

As much as I would LOVE to see Tashawn play this year, like any sane Sooner fan, he could probably elevate us to an even higher level next year.

We basically keep the same team and swap Bennett for Manyang who is a beast... pending Buddy's decision and I'm not convinced he'll leave, but we'll see. We'll be very good with him this year but we could be even better with him next year. I'll be disappointed if he's denied but there is good potential we'll be looking back on that decision one day with a grin.

I want him to play this year..too crowded if he stays a year

Just hope it isn't our compliance guys talking to them. They don't have a win this year.

It should be easy they give the goofballs an immediate transfer and almost any time a coach leaves they do. Now you have a kid who will graduate this year and his coach is a 2 time NCAA loser and they haven't said yes yet. Go Figure!

His Bday is in Feb 1993 according to the Houston website. So not sure what his birth certificate can add to the NCAA decision making process.

This is ridiculous. Three weeks until the season, supposed to hear a week and a half ago...

I'll only say ridiculous if he is denied. With our track record this year, I am afraid it is headed that way.

That wouldn't surprise me either. :facepalm

I was saying the same thing to a couple of members of the board today. Wouldn't surprise me if they did the same thing they did with Jalen Sunders

Which brings up an interesting debate. Would we rather have Thomas for an entire year in 2016, or half of this season?
