Tech first to offer Kevin Wagner, OU next?

Kevin Wagner (Lubbock, TX) just got an offer from Texas Tech and said that recruiting is getting more intense from Oklahoma, Iowa State, A&M, Marquette, and North Texas.

He is a 2011 point guard that rivals list at 5'9''... Apparently he has a 40+ inch vertical.

I had a 5'8 friend that would do the same array of dunks. Must be a short guys drill. Great hops. Hope he uses them to elevate on his jumper to hit atleast 40%.

That's what I was thinking watching the video. I was waiting to see his handles and shot. Can he do either? I searched Scout for him and he's not in the database. At 5'8 or whatever he's not going to be getting many dunk opportunities in Big 12 games.
