All I know about Rondel is that he liked TCU, but OU is making a push. Plans to commit this week.

Mike told me today that Rondel “is coming” to TCU. This recruiting season has taught me enough to know that doesn’t mean it’s a lock, but that’s a good sign.

Mike = Mike Miles, current TCU player and Rondel's former EYBL teammate as stated a day or two ago.

Just relaying the info I finally got around to seeing. It's from a player so I wouldn't necessarily freak out or say it's concrete. It might be more hopeful than true.

But TCU would make a ton of obvious sense (connections).

I read that he had the highest body fat percentage at the G-League combine. Regardless of where he gets drafted, he really needs to work on his body to give himself the best chance at a successful career. Not many guys with that body type thrive in the NBA.

The NCAA seems to have taken the Oprah approach where everyone gets a waiver.

But even if a waiver is denied for immediate eligiblity because of the deadline, doesn't that just mean they are ineligible and sit out the first semester only, and then be eligible mid-December or so?
