As Ada mentioned, too many of our guys weren't quite ready for this type of challenge yet.....unfortunately some of those guys were upperclassmen.

For as poorly as Trae played for a lot of the night, the rest of our team managed to play so much worse. Basically everybody got taken completely out of their game.

You’re not gonna win them all, of course, but I don’t really want to see so many players playing poorly simultaneously.

Trae has played great. Schooled Carter. Put him on the bench for most of the second half. I am sure the NBA scouts see this game a lot different than Fran. They see OU not helping Trae.

Not a bad loss. Learning experience and we get the opportunity to repay them. I expect to beat them double digits in LNC.

Oh well they may have learned something tonight not the end of the world. WVU was the better team tonight.

WTF did he learn Fran? How to put their senior leader on the bench? How to put up 29?

WTF!

How is that not a foul on Carter during Trae's 3 point shot????

I hope he learned not to expect to get calls on the road. It will help our offense in the long run.

Just couldn't get anyone outside of Trae to do much. We'll get em back in Norman. Tough loss.

He had 8 turnovers and needed 22 shots to get 29 points. That’s not a great game.

Playing WVU is good experience for their opponents and fool's gold for WVU. Overall, their style of play gets them some nice home victories in the regular season, keeps their alumni happy but doesn't pay off in the postseason.

Okay to lose this game. Hopefully the team will learn some mental toughness from this. They'll need it in other Big XII venues.

WVU took the strength of the other guys away once they got out of the trap. It became a game of drive and kick to bigs. We got few calls and did not hit enough FTs.

It looks like the WV players think they just won the conference. It was a good win for them, but winning at home is what good teams are supposed to do. Can't wait to see them in Norman

They would not call fouls on the first half. He adjusted and put the best defender in the conference on the bench. I am certain every scout saw it that way.

His teammates didn't finish and that hurt his assists.
