Big 12 Tournament Day 5 #1 Houston vs #7 ISU in the final

Houston wins in OT at Baylor. Led big early but almost lost at end of reg. Then hit a 3 at the end of reg but it was a fraction late. But Houston came back and controlled OT. Big road win for Houston.

There is a good chance that when the regular season ends this year, that Houston will have lost fewer regular seasons games in the last three seasons combined than OU will have lost in any of the past 8 seasons, individually.

Crazy.

Tech got torched in Orlando.

Texas is getting ran out by Kansas.

BYU lost to Kansas State

If OU had hit one more basket against tech (or missed seven instead of nine of our free throws) or held tech to one less bucket, we'd be tied for fourth place in the conference.

Man, It hurts to think about.. wed also be ranked top 15 and trending to a 3-4 seed (prior to our upcoming vmurder's row schedule).

We are right where we deserve to be. We could just as easily be in a tie for 10th if we didn’t make a low percentage shot today at the buzzer, so playing the what if game always cuts both ways. Every team in the league can point to a game or three they think they “should” have won.

For now, the osu road game should be quad 2 win also, right?
yes and it should stay that way

Quadrant 1: Home 1-30, Neutral 1-50, Away 1-75
Quadrant 2: Home 31-75, Neutral 51-100, Away 76-135
Quadrant 3: Home 76-160, Neutral 101-200, Away 135-240
Quadrant 4: Home 161-353, Neutral 201-353, Away 241-353

That should move us up a couple NET spots I would think.

Kansas State blew a huge lead over WVU. But manages to get it to overtime.

What happened to TCU? Getting blown out at home. Why can’t they play like crap when we play them

Baylor is good
Yes they are....best backcourt in the conference and it really isn't close. Along with Houston, Baylor is the conference's best shot at a Final 4 this year. It also wouldn't surprise me if they lost in the first weekend of the tournament either. They can beat anyone, but they are also capable of a bad night.....like dropping a 4/25 from 3 and losing.

Indeed!

Texas decided to show up in Lubbock. Up 20.

BYU is leading Kansas in AFH.
