Can Lon Kruger give Eric musselman a call and get him to come to OU?
Or Lon could call his son!

Not sure if serious
Here's Beard's trend -- a five seed in the Big 12 tourney two years in a row, while OU had a three and a six. His NCAA title game is receding in the rear view mirror, just as Lon's did.
Some of the same posters on this board who were already critical of Lon two years after his Final Four still genuflect before Beard as if he's been to the Final Four three years running.
The longer we go without filling our HC position, the more excited I get that our top option(s) might still be playing meaningful basketball.
Give me your top 3-4. You could be close
Are we thinking Enfield?
Are we thinking Enfield?
I have wondered why we aren't looking harder at Joe Pasternack (UCSB coach with NOLA ties, could bring Hollis/ Quannas and create a strong tie to the area) or Darian DeVries (Drake).

Out of the Final Four, my top 3 realistic candidates would be Enfield, who you already said is a no; Cronin, who I cannot see moving from UCLA this quickly; Kellen Sampson, who I'm not sure if I would want to "go home" if I were him.
But the obvious one that no one is talking about it Crutchfield at Arkansas.
Is he still an assistant there? I thought he took the job at East Central in Ada.
McCasland
Konkol
Quannas White
Frank Haith
Franky has a less chance than you winning the masters next week.
Likely Top 3:
*Dana Altman
*Grant McCasland
*Kevin/Kellen Sampson
*Mark Turgeon (please no!)
I don't know why Altman would leave Oregon (or why, at 65, we'd want him).
I also don't think there's a chance Kelvin would leave UH at this point. He's got it rolling in UH and will only benefit from the team's tourney success this season.
