Does anyone really think Wiggins is ready for the NBA?

I actually had a conversation with a buddy yesterday and used the same comparison.

don't see that at all except the fact Embiid has had some injury issues so far. He's one of the most talented big men to come out in a while.

Well, I'm sure if we all went back to Oden's days in NCAA we would have been saying his future in the NBA would be very bright.

Embiid looks like a youngster. In college, Oden looked and walked like an old man.

Wiggins has gotten better and better the whole season. I personally, absolutely think he's ready. The NBA suits his game a lot more, as slashing and cutting to the bucket is much more effective when zone defense isn't as prevalent. His jumper has come along tremendously as the season has gone on. Like many have said, the athleticism is already on an elite level. The best thing for him is he'll be drafted high, to a team that won't expect him to win right away. He'll have a chance to develop as a player on a bad team. He'll be great, no question about it.

Also, I think Embiid could use another season at KU, but the guy is going to be good. Incredibly raw, but has great instincts, and already has developed some great moves in the post.
