They have an article about guys who transferred after last season and list Tanner as one of the best so far this season. Alondes Williams is also among the players on that short list. Harmon, on the other hand, is listed as someone who has disappointed so far. Lots of big name guys who were thought to be sure things (Marcus Carr, Remy Martin) are listed as mixed bags.

I can’t believe how wrong I was about Harmon! He has been a huge disappointment so far.

Manek averaging 13 points and 5.8 rebounds in 25.2 minutes. Above last years season but below the 2019-2020 season. What do you think he could have done in ou new offense?

I wish Manek and Williams had stayed......I wasn't worried when Harmon decided to leave. His size is a real handicap.

Williams and Kuath would have made us better this year. Kuath as a rim protector to balance out T Groves and Williams as instant offense when we get tight.

Kur not playing In porter system.

Are you saying Kur's skillset wouldn't get playing time in Porter's system?

Long term I think that's a good thing. Love Lon and what he brought to the program but IMHO one of his biggest downfalls was the tall athletic but skinny center who just couldn't play basketball. Kur improved but he's a case point in that.

Yeah I’m saying he wouldn’t play for porter this year.

Chargois has already effected more games than kur did.

Chargois is way better offensively and probably just as good on defense as Kur.

For a big guy he is quite agile as opposed to being a bit stiff like a number of our past players of size.

So I feel differently about Kur than you all do. I don’t think he would play big minutes, and I don’t think he would beat chagrois for second off the bench, but he is a rim protector. Would love to have him instead of issanza … would be great to have him as an option defensively in key spots. He’s a starter on an 8-3 team averaging three blocks per game…

Our depth at the 5 is just okay but having a third post who can play would make us better.

Which scholly would you kick off for him? Mason? Cj? Akol

I have caught a few of the Ducks games this season. Harmon has been pretty solid for them (Statistically wise) lately, after a slow start. It would have been interesting to see him coached under the Moser system.

That’s good to know! I have been a Harmon fan since his sophomore season at Denton Guyer. I hated to see him go, so I definitely wish him well! Thanks for the update.
