GAME 20 - OKLAHOMA (15-4) @ TEXAS A&M (15-5) 8:00pm CST on SEC NETWORK

Dominated. Sonned. Biatch slapped. Pulled their man cards.

Just crazy. Have some pride. Maybe designated an enforcer. Put Cole out there and let him club some dudes each game for a few minutes

This is all pm's fault:

1. He failed at getting 5s. I posted a poll in the offseason about how many 5s we should get. I think I said 3 new ones bc I knew this crap would happen again.

2. His players are generally soft anyway
But we were in The game, so something was done right. So are you saying we overachieved?

Bright spot.

I would be fired so fast if were the coach, lol.

My starting lineup vs Vandy would be...

Forsythe
Goodine
Taylor or Northweather
Moore (should have fought harder for a couple more rebounds)
Wague

based on effort tonight

If anyone listened to the postgame on the radio, I’d be surprised to hear what CW said. Pretty sad that it’s only been two weeks since we crapped the bed against Texas and he talked about how disappointed he was in himself and the team, and then we come out tonight and give this laughable effort.

They’re talking about how hard we competed. That ain’t it.

The game was still undecided at the under-four timeout. That in itself means we competed. The game wasn't a blowout. Let's keep one finger on the reality button here. It's just beyond frustrating to lose these games where we have a legit chance, and 47-19 on rebounds is disgraceful...but the final score indicated a competitive game.

Yay! We competed.. but most importantly, we had fun. Grapes and orange slices are by the bench

So are we a bad team that overachieved to stay in a game at # 13. Or are we a good team that is finding ways to loose? Interesting discussion.
We definitely aren’t a good team. Nor are we overachieving. That would require winning, unless you’re someone who thinks coming close is good enough in major college sports.

Neither. A&m isn't actually good.. They have an above-averageish (sometimes good/great coach) that has a tough system that steals games.

We are bad AND we find new and exciting ways, and also old ways, to lose

Good grief. NO ONE is happy with this loss. No one. Furthermore, if we lose to Vandy, realistically the season is likely over. That is a MUST WIN.

Yeah we really competed by giving up an offensive rebound on a free throw to the shooter. It was also an amazing effort by our starting NBA caliber point guard going scoreless. So competitive!

No, close doesn’t necessarily mean we competed. It can mean the other team played poorly. I could drive 5 miles from my house and walk into any number of high school gyms and find close games in which both teams make dumb mistakes, play sloppy ball, and don’t play particularly hard.

Bright spot.

Wague not starting is the most egregious mismanagement of the line up that moser has done imo. He is the best post player we have by a wide margin at this point.

Truthfully, OU is a good team in the best conference.

JMO, OU makes the tournament in EVERY other conference.

In the Big 12, I'd slot OU with these teams...

ACC (OU beat LVille with Pryor and I think OU is better than Clemson)....

BEast (close to these teams...hard to tell)...

B16 (somewhere in this mess...closer to Wiscy & Michigan)...

Sadly, the task this offseason was to properly build an SEC roster that could get OU to the tournament. The season isn't done, by any means, but it's trending towards mission failed. We'll see. I'm still hoping for a miracle or two.
