I'm a stats guy.

Do you have a stat to show that this is true?

I know there are a handful of situations that this has happened.

But you could also find situations that this happended with nonblack people as well.

If you have data, I will concede the point.

The data I have says 9 unarmed black men were killed last year by cops. Nine. Before you jump on me, yes I know there will be cases where a black man was armed but was not aggressive and did not deserve to be killed. But is there a number for that?

To me saying "cops are killing black men who are complying and not being aggressive" needs more proof than a couple terrible videos over the last several years.

Since 2013 cops average around 105 killings of unarmed people, black people make up over 30% of those deaths.

You say I need more proof than a couple of videos, that makes no sense because the videos are proof that it’s happening & luckily cameras were able to see it.

I've asked for examples and I'll ive seen is Kaep. Anything else?

Jaguars owner, Incognito & 2 other linemen on that team (Pouncey & Terry I beleive), countless announcers, how few minority QBs there are (finally going up a little, fans in stands hurling out racial slurs, Ben Watson speaking out.

If your point or contention is racism exists in the NFL then why do you respond by only white on black examples. Is it your feeling that black on white racism does not exist in pro football. If you believe it does come from both sides then should it not be represented as such. If it is not represented honestly then are you doing a service by ignoring the other elements. Either fairness exits for good reasons or it does not.

So on average 30 people a year.
I'm not saying that isnt bad.
But to say that cops are killing black men who are complying and not being aggressive makes it seem like this is a happening a lot. 30 people a year is not a lot out of 40 million people and out of the many altercations that happen.
I guess you could say the same thing if it was just 2 black people a year? At what number does it go from isolated issues to systematic issues? 30 does not seem systematic to me

you will have to explain these to me. I know about incognito and that is it.
Can you mention what countless announcers are racis?
I don't like the black QB discussion. It is pretty ridiculous to say it is b/c of racism. People are racist against the QB position but not the RB or WR position? Give me a break.

And I don't consider fans to be a part of the NFL

We also need to know how many of the cops were black because there is the belief that blacks are singled out by law enforcement due to racist views.

Sooo weak dear god.. i hate the arguments about how black people shouls make up the EXACT %'s of all jobs/positions that their percentage %'s are.. actually I'm pretty certain that if anything black people are over represented given their population numbers.. they aren't even the 2nd biggest population group. Latinos are criminally under represented. But for some reason, that doesnt matter. This whole argument is moronic

Geez dude... where are you from? Self-awareness is very important.... I wonder if we were in front of the nation and I read your posts to everyone, would they think you weren't a racist?

In this thread alone you are saying the confederate flag waving rednecks who ran over someone with their truck for "casing" a property they don't own and lynching him in the street were just trying to make a legit citizens arrest.... That isn't not a hate crime, and not even murder. Then you even said its possibly self-defense by the white guys.... When I told you that many people had been in that house while it was under construction, you defend their actions again by saying "how many of those kids and other families sprinted out of the house at full speed after confrontation?? Ill wait"....

I guess I would ask how many of these people had to deal with white supremacists with guns in a truck chasing them?

Then you start defending the Minneapolis cops (admitting that you hadn't seen the full video) and questioning the actions by saying "What I'm saying is i wonder if there is possible prior footage in flloyd yet to come. Was there a reason multiple dudes were restraining him? Or was that completely random and unnecessary overkill?"...

Then you say this... "Its still theoretically possible that he walks... the fentanyl and meth helps the argument a lot. But hell be sacrificed 1 way or another.".... The very tone of this comment indicating that you are hoping the substances in his body get the police guys off the hook, and suggest that a conviction is merely a "sacrifice" to appease the public.

I don't even know what to say man.

By the way... I did a lot of back and forth. If any of my representations of what you said are out of context, please let me know and I will correct it. I don't want to misrepresent you on something like this.

The racism on this board has reared its ugly head by at least 4-5 people. Very Pathetic.

I said the average was 105 per year since 2013, no idea where you get 30 bc if 105 was total then that’d be 15 a year.

Sigh. Another child that can't handle emotional topics. Sorry you're not up to it. I'll leave it be after this.. sad, cuz eventually the half-wits that shout the loudest/most will win in this country (the side that wants no trials, wants only guaranteed results in law, wants no waiting for evidence, coincidentally they're usually against the death penalty lol)

Simply, I have no cares about how these cases turn out as long as the law is followed and the trials are fair and orderly. Couldn't care any less, outside of those 2 things.

Your characterizations that people are white supremacists does not make someone so with no evidence.. you know that, right?

Also Georgia duo didnt run him over. You know that, right? Just lying?

Again, the house not being owned by georgia dudes is completely immaterial legally but people of your political slant clutch on to irrelevant facts for sympathy, which actually makes your case look weaker that you hang on to irrelevance.

You never answered if anyone else sprinted away... wonder why that is?

It is possibly self-defense... idk how else to explain that to you. Wow...

Your attempt at a rebuttal is a joke and easily distinguishable bc the georgia duo didnt chase him out of the house. He ran from the neighbor calling 911.. so youre lying again by creating your usual false narrative bc you cant analyze without your emotions making up stuff..

I still do wonder if there was any of the 6 minute video gap between the gas station video and bystander video. Its racist to want more evidence? Da fuq?

You then make up and import what you think my desires are by your random characterizing that bc i speak about how the fentanyl and meth may help the defense and that i stated hell prolly go to prison regardless, that im somehow HOPING the cops get off? Again, idgaf about the cops or result, other than the 2 things i stated at the beginning. (Again, your making up stuff, per usual..)

There is now some evidence coming out that n words were possibly said by the georgia guy (that still wouldnt effect the legalities alone)

Pouncey & Terry are black, they were being racist to an Asian athletic trainer along with Incognito. I’ve yet to say only white cops, I always just say cops.

Scouts, GMs, and coaches have said this century that they don’t believe black people are smart enough to play QB & want to move them to WR. Lamar Jackson was told his best move would be to switch positions.
