What can we realistically expect from these guys next season? Will they be able to contribute? OU really needs more bench production.

I like Odomes' size for a 2 guard alot. One of two things could happen with him, IMO. He could get on campus, work his tail off, and be the first or second guy off of the bench - assuming Buddy stays. Or he could come in and get frustrated with a number of different things that freshman go through, and not give us as much as we would like (ala Booker).

I assume you mean Odomes and James.
I think both players have tons of potential. They remind me of Cousins in some ways in size and in their athleticism. Odomes is putting up impressive numbers in high school. Last I heard James would not return from his injury until last month.

It's anybody's guess how their game will translate to the D-1 level? Cousins and Hield were pretty darned good as freshmen, but they were nowhere near as good as they are now. I think it's likely Buford will be our best bet of the newbies to contribute next season. If Odomes and James can give us some meaningful minutes off of the bench, that's as much as we can hope for. Anything more will be a bonus.

Gym rats. James won't play HS ball this year. Injury. You know LK and staff love a good underrated, motivated, and disrespected player.
Odomes is tearing it up right now. Several national guys are raving about him.

That looks like me elevating and when I say that I mean the guy in red that is at least a 1/16th of an inch off the ground.
Odomes seems to have the ability to elevate, if nothing else.

I've been rocking the hair style for about a month now... noticed 4 of the 5 Duke starters has the same style too... it's definitely the new look!

LOL. I thought we had finally put that whole "Buddy's Handles" thing to rest. Seems to me he's shown recently that it's a non-issue.

Reminds me a little of the WWIII video, except the defender in this case has his back turned.
Odomes and James are superb athletes with skills. Judging by everything I have seen and read about both players, OU got two surefire steals.

Both seem to be able to jump out of the gym. And can hit from outside. James looks like he has exceptional jumping ability.
