Tech is not playing bad at all. They are staying within range. Especially, with the turnaround at the end of this half. Called screen foul on Lattin and then poor D and 3-pt play for Tech.

The question is whether he was moving or not when the guy flopped. He needs to set himself short of the target and not go right into the target. It might not have been a foul but there is no need to even have the ref question it.
