Realistic expectation for Ty Lazenby

Ada, I see Ty and James as offense off the bench. I think OU second unit will be much improved.

In regards to defense it appeared to me that both units including Ty were working very hard on defense. Hard to gauge D until you play other teams.

Like music to my ears, MisterF! Our offense off of the bench was practically nonexistent last year, especially after Woodard left a huge hole in our starting lineup and C. J. lost confidence in his shot. Two backup players capable of scoring off of the bench would be huge.

i wouldn't be at all surprised if Freeman and Manek gives us some points off of the bench as well.

Is a Steven Pledger role too much to ask for?

Probably. Because Pledger was a really underrated player. Started at OU off and on for four years, scored 1,400 points, and shot 37% from three for his career and 40+% overall.

Not to dismiss Lazenby at all, but Pledger could ball.
