This class COULD have 3 top 50 players. They lead on 3 now.

And i agree for intentions are key. I've tried to make this point w/o an iota of success.

Now is not the time to complain about this class. Cortes is a good start. If Kruger whiffs on Alexander and Manny and he settles for guys like Shepherd and Lazenby, then complaining is justified.

This inspired me to look up where Shepherd is now. He’s the leading scorer and assist guy for a solid Charlotte team. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him grad transfer back to high major next year.

He was fine here. Dad was the issue. Thought he couldve been TYoung.

Bashed coaches on twitter during each game.

He needed to stay one more year (with right attitude) it was his turn after TY. But he couldnt handle the wait.

It's weird when a guy can't wait, but transfers somewhere else where he has to sit out a year. Makes no sense.

agree. but, i see people come into a coffee shop....see a long line, and then go get in their car and go someplace else. there is no way they can get to a cup of coffee quicker by leaving than just waiting the line in the first place.

or: restaurants....won't wait 5 or 10 minutes for a table and pack up the fam and get in the car and drive somewhere else for more than that self-same 5 or 10 minutes.

that's what people do.

I think sometimes there is an attitude of "I'll show you! I'll go play somewhere else! You'll be sorry!"

I’m happy with his commitment. LK has been watching him a longtime. From what I understand he is very athletic.

Speaking of Phipps, I went to the union-booker-t game tonight.. watching trey in warmup you would not put him on your ymca team. Then the game starts. He had 18 at half with3 or 4 3s. Two of his 3s were way out. I don’t think he is a point but could play it in a poncho. I think a fair comparison would be rotnei Clarke in high school. He plays better competition than rotnei and doesn’t get to shot every shot or I think his stats would be similar.. love Bryce. He won’t be at Kansas long.
