On paper, I think Baylor has to be favored. Not only do they have Brown and Cox, they can bring more big ones off the bench. The one thing of which I am not certain is their guards. They were able to destroy the Big Twelve, but a large part of that was the concentration that you had to put on Brown and Cox. If Baylor is beaten, I think it would be because they don't have the overall outside strength, and guards often make a difference in the NCAAs.
I, too, think it is all about Mississippi State and Notre Dame. I think they are quicker than Baylor, and that might even make them equal on the boards. I like their guards better. I haven't seen that much of Stanford or Oregon State. BYU put Stanford down pretty well in the early going when neither team was impressive. You just can't count out Geno. He seems to win a lot of close ones because his players know what to do.
While I suspect that Baylor has the prospects, I suspect that the better three coaches are at Mississippi State, Notre Dame, and Connecticut. Who does better in a two-game run?
