Cezar Guerrero vs Orange Lutheran Highlights

Realistically how do we stand with this guy? Sure are some big names getting in on him.

If there is one team I did not want to see pursuing him it would be Kansas. Unfortunately they are. :facepalm

Dear Eight Pound, Six Ounce, Newborn Baby Jesus, in your golden, fleece diapers, with your curled-up, fat, balled-up little fists pawin' at the air...Please bless us with Cezar Guerrero.

I LOVE his kid's game!!! He's flashy and cocky, but he backs it up by proving he's the best player on the floor, regardless of size. Anyone who thinks he's too small to play big time college hoops, only has to watch his vids to see how wrong they are. Cezar Guererro is the real deal!

Seems to lack elevation and the competition level is pretty weak. Hard to tell much from that video. Newell is a lot better athlete. Would love to see them going at it one on one and then we would know more.

Above was my opinion on Cezar prior to him committing to OSU. I was never impressed by him.

As for Jurick and his 9.5 blocks per game. Please provide the link and game by game stats from this official juco site being referenced.

But on March 10th, you say that if OU adds he and Jurick, OU is a Sweet 16 team. Did your opinion change, then change back again?

Actually, here is what I said on March 10.

That is true dubyac, so the question is how much of this venom directed at Capel is due to that fact.

Because seriously, we lost 4 McDonalds AAs in 2 years, on top of losing the entire class that would have been seniors last year (Reynolds, James), on top of just getting off probation. Those combined events have never happened before.

Where we are right now taking all of those circumstances into account are pretty impressive. If we land Jurick & Cezar, combined with what we have we are going to be NCAA bound next year and conference championship Sweet 16 caliber the next year.

It just makes no sense to abandon ship unless Capel can be connected in any fashion to the Gallon money connection. You just don't release a coach that shows up at 5 am everyday and is a perfect representative of the University with as many skins on the wall as Capel has at his age.

And I stand by what I said because:

1. We still have all the important pieces coming back.
2. Kruger is an upgrade over Capel.
3. Grooms+M'Baye is an upgrade over Cezar+Jurick

You have to excuse thebigOSU. Like fox news he is consistently wrong so he must take things out of context for a leg to stand on.

I posted an exact quote. It was not taken out of context.

3. Grooms+M'Baye is an upgrade over Cezar+Jurick

That is certainly debatable.

We still have all the important pieces coming back.

So do they (OSU).

2. Kruger is an upgrade over Capel.

No doubt about it.

Like I said. Fox News. It was totally out of context. The context was that Capel had a good roster coming back that would be NCAA caliber next season and sweet 16 caliber the season after. Not some glowing evaluation of Cezar or Jurick.

Lets examine the quote:

You are saying that with the talent already coming back, that you thought Jurick and Cezar are what the team needed to put OU over the edge, into the NCAA Tournament and even in the top 16 nationally.

At the time, you thought Jurick and Cezar were what the team needed to get over the hump in combination with what the team was returning.

There is nothing wrong with that line of thinking. I also think Cezar and Jurick would be great for OU this year. Just as I think they will be great for OSU this year.

My opinion on a player doesnt change if they choose a rival school. It just so happens that they signed with a school that you have 0 respect for athletically or academically, and that has skewed your view of these players.

Hell, you even said this about LeBryan Nash, a guy who won the MCDAA Slam Dunk contest and by all accounts is a big time player:

There is obviously something wrong with this Nash guy because no real recruit without issues ranked in the top 10 is ever going to attend the dump in Stillwater.

It could not be more unbelievably obvious that you HATE everything OSU and are blinded by your bias. They can't do ANYTHING right. All their players suck. All their programs suck. All players who go there must have "something wrong with them", etc.

Thebigbad you must be a moron if you can't see he meant sweet 16 caliber in two years then you must have the intelligence of a 4 year old!

I'm positive an osu fan stole his girl, broke uP his parents marriage or stole his lunch money at school. Never seen such hate.

Poor guy doesn't even know what "context" means. He keeps taking one sentence out of a 3 paragraph statement and twisting it's meaning into what he wants.

Waste of time trying to explain it any further. Keeps fox news in business though!

I suppose I'm in the minority around here. But for the life of me I can't see anything wrong with a Sooner fan disliking everything aggie.

Trust me, there is a silent moral majority that is with you.
