Just saw on ESPN's recruiting show that Arlington County Day will play Sunrise Christian on ESPNU this Saturday at 2:00 P.M. Central. Thought you might want to set your recorder to make sure you get to watch Dante Buford play.

I know Sunrise Christian is Buddy Hield's old school. Are we in on any players at that school right now?

ACD wins tonight 70-39 over Christian Brothers (TN)... Dante Buford hit his head on the backboard but was not injured, kid can fly!

Of course he can. That was readily apparent on the video I posted yesterday when he effortlessly threw down a two handed flush off 2 feet. He's as physically ready to play as Buddy was as a freshman.

Hope Buford can be like a Juan Patillo without the character issues.

Do you project Dante Buford to be a starter next season? and is so at the 3 or the 4?

No idea Mac. If we stick with what we're doing this year he's the likely candidate to replace Cam. I get a feeling Cousins is going to take a big step forward. If he does along with Woodard we could play bigger with Bennett & Spangler both in the post.

Cousins has been impressive, he hit the boards hard vs TCU for a guard his size. Buford looks good in the highlights, but he doesn't look very Long and 6'6 is small for the post. I to look forward to his game tomorrow.

ACD has lamonte turner. 2016 stud pg. OU is after him hard.
Sunrise has 5-6 d1 players.

2pm central time on my tv... I think Ada said 3pm . Check your guide to make sure

You're right, it's 2:00 p.m. I'll edit my original post to make the correction.

I'm glad you pointed that out. My DVR is set for the right time, but I would not want someone else to miss half or more of the game because I listed the wrong time.

I'm eager to see Lamonte Turner play. If he's already a stud as a sophomore, he's a player I hope we get two years from now. He could be the perfect replacement for Woodard who will be a senior by that time.

Buford just posterized a 6-8+ big man, who had 3 blocks in the first quarter.

His athleticism is wiggins-esque.

ACD needs to get him more involved, IMO.

He is the best athlete out there and it ain't close.

P.s. Nairn has been mediocre through 1.5 quarters.

Buford with a put back dunk off a miss.

It's obvious that Buford has to get his points on his own.

Upon further review, Nairn is a special athlete, but is not very good at shooting today.

A true pg type that makes his teammates look a lot better.
