Gottlieb says Texas is Buzz Williams' dream job

Unfortunately Gottlieb is right.
Williams can afford to sit tight and wait.
He has a great thing going at Marquette, why leave but for his dream job.
Buzz is a perfect fit for OU, but is OU a perfect fit for Buzz?
I said a couple days ago that Texas would be a perfect fit for him.
But how long is Barnes going to stay there?
Buzz may have to wait a long time.

Thats an easy choice for me. Too bad Joe C will try for Buzz, not get him and then end up with some mid-major guy that won't be any better for our fans than Capel was.

Man I wish we'd just pick the guys that wants to be here. Sometimes passion and love for what you do is more important than experience. I'd rather have Shaka Smart right now than Bob Knight.

Is it just me or has Dougie done everything in his power to poop on Buzz to OU from the very start? First it was "OU can get better than Buzz Williams", now it's "Texas is Buzz's dream job".

No, it is not just you...next it will be that Mizzou is better fit because he can still coach in the "midwest" but be closer to Texas.

I think you might be right on about Doug not wanting Buzz to come to OU. Doug will be life long sheepherder because they gave him a chance after he go kicked out of ND.

I think Doug is about as objective as he can possibly be under most circumstances, but this "...anything but Oklahoma for Buzz" act is starting to have me question that opinion.
