Juwan Parker has offers from Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Baylor, Minnesota, and Memphis. Also he is hearing from Arkansas and Vanderbilt.

I'd be shocked if he commits early, Parker's family is smart and familiar with the process since Jason Parker played at Tulsa.
