NBA- OU players and general (this thread only)

Blake just missed a triple double tonight in a win over the Heat: 32 points, 11 rebounds and 9 assists.

Buddy vs Blake tonight and both are having big games. Blake with 36 points 6 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals. Buddy 29 points 9 rebounds, 3 assists.

Buddy just nailed a game winner to beat Detroit. 35 points for Buddy. 38 for Blake Sacramento wins 103-101

Everyone checking this thread needs to see that shot by Buddy at the buzzer! You will have no problems finding it. Buddy and Blake represented OU very well tonight.

Trae Young 16 points 7 assist as the Hawks lose to the Celtics 113-105

I was looking at the NBA stats; curious if Buddy was good enough to make the NBA All-Star team if he played in the Eastern Conference. Assuming they will take three shooting guards, he would have had to beat out one of these three - Bradley Beal, Jimmy Butler or Victor Oladipo. He would have a shot to beat out Oladipo, but out west, there are just too many great players. Right now, Derrick Rose would make the all-star team because of the fan voting. If that continues, he may knock out Russell Westbrook...just so many great players in that conference.

yep. PG13 is having an amazing season and you barely hear a thing about it because of the blazing path harden is making. insane talent in the west.

Blake led the Pistons in points (29), rebounds (9) and assists (4) in Detroit's loss to Washington.

Next step for Buddy is becoming an alpha dog. He still passes up way too many shots. If he has any sort of look from 3, he should NEVER pass it up. Guys like Reddick, Thompson and Curry don't, and he is on that level of shooter.

Just noticed that as of now, Buddy is shooting a slightly better percentage from three than Steph Curry. Buddy is fourth in the NBA but the guys ahead of him don't take nearly as many, so among guys who shoot a significant number of threes, he is leading the league.

Blake with another nice game tonight. Quietly having the best season of his career.

Trae went 1/12 but was still like a +26

12 assists, 3 TO

Buddy scores 26 points leading the Kings over the Grizzlies. Also 7 rebounds, 2 assists.

If my math is correct after a quick scan of box scores, Buddy Buckets is 39 for 73 from three over his past 10 games. That seems pretty good.
