Well. The last two innings make it look like we were hitting again today. Back-to-back doubles for two runs, and a grand slam tend to blur the fact that the double was Lauren's only hit in the last two games, and Kady was hitless. You just don't know who has the big hit today.

Gasso is working Paige hard early this season. Stevens has had control problems. Maybe this will give her time to get her game back (and the incentive to do so).

Well, they won't pitch to Lauren, and she has bailed them out a couple of times by swinging at 3-0 pitches for grounders that she topped. But, Shelby just hit her eight HR this weekend, and OU leads 8-0 in the fourth.

Syb, wasn't Lauren out for a couple of games earlier in the season because of injury? If so, do you know what the injury was?

He's right. It was a concussion from a collision while stealing second.

It will be virtually impossible for OU to win it all this year unless we get Stevens back on track again. Hopefully, the Sooner the better.
