That is probably an accurate statement. Which means there is a 40% or so chance he doesn't.

The great thing for Capel is no matter what, he doesn't get "fired". He gets to continue collecting a check without being required to show up.

Actually comparative speaking Berry is ok. Only difference I have is that it needs to be 99% chance Capel is fired.
