Wow, good chance that Orlando starts out 0-5 next season
I hope you're right. I would love to see Howard in L.A. Frankly, I'm sick of a multi-talented but inconistent Andrew Bynum. To his credit, he was the only player aside from Kobe who showed up against the Mavs. It's just that his frequent injuries and those lazy streaks that seem to rear their ugly head from time to time have done nothing to convince me that he is a center the Lakers can build around.
I have no idea what is going on with Pau Gasol? He needs a tranfusion of heart and toughness to cover up for that dress he wore this season. An aging point guard who may be ready for retirement; a former MVP who is obviously a step or two slower now; the league's best sixth man who is more focused on a televison show than basketball; guards who can't hit the broad side of a barn, and a tough guy who can defend but can't score. Geeeez! Wears me out to just think about it! :facepalm
Needless to say, I was thoroughly disgusted with the beatdown the Mavs put on a team I have followed since Jerry West was drafted in the 60s. Magic is right, it's time for Buss to clean house. Until then, I plan to be a Thunder fan!
