Re: >>>>>>Oklahoma-Oklahoma State Gameday Thread<<<<<<

Exactly when you are going to secure a rebound it doesn't shoot straight sideways at 100 miles an hour .
That big white paw right behind it was pretty obvious unless you are big 12 officials with 10 minute to review

Re: >>>>>>Oklahoma-Oklahoma State Gameday Thread<<<<<<

No way. The ONlY way that was off Hield is if osu pushed his hand into it. Buddy was moving to the base line and there is no way possible he would make the ball go perpendicular like that. Ogysics

Exactly.

Re: >>>>>>Oklahoma-Oklahoma State Gameday Thread<<<<<<

Cousins 2 assists and 2 turnovers
Hield 10 turnovers
Bench 3 points
Hard to win with those numbers

Lattin was close to a double double
Sometimes it doesn't come as easy as we are used to seeing this year.

It's been a thorn in the side of the team, but the very same thing could be said last year. It's a bit disheartening that the status quo continues on.

Re: >>>>>>Oklahoma-Oklahoma State Gameday Thread<<<<<<

How many blocks for Lattin? 9 points and 8 rebounds. Lookout, the big fella is getting his confidence.

They said only 2 but I swear he had 3 or 4

Lattin going out was what let osu back in this .

Re: >>>>>>Oklahoma-Oklahoma State Gameday Thread<<<<<<

10 TO's for Buddy, 3 bench points, Lattin fouls out, Cousins still not shooting well, road game. You'd think that equals a loss. Nope. Win!

Re: >>>>>>Oklahoma-Oklahoma State Gameday Thread<<<<<<

Why are OU fans complaining about a road win where OU never trailed?

We were a deeper team last year from a production standpoint.....at least in the front court.

Yep, I thought the freshmen would be able to reach what Booker gave us, but they haven't yet.

I think they need some more time to get their rhythm

Everyone is glad we won. But come on...nobody can be happy about that $hit sandwich we served up in the 2nd half. Poor D. TOs galore. Missed FTs. Didn't handle the press. It sucked!

Glad we won though. It's always better then losing!

Boomer!

Exactly we have a player score 40 on us , a career high TO for Buddy , non existent bench , bad officiating , 50% On FF the last 3 minutes ........ And we never trail .

I put that on coach, he's had time to give guy more experience. Now it's to late!

Silver lining is we got the stinker out against a bad team. Better to do that and win and hopefully played more focused on Saturday against press Virginia

Re: >>>>>>Oklahoma-Oklahoma State Gameday Thread<<<<<<

Obviously, we did our best to lose that game. The thing I love is this is the type of game that KU has won year after year after year to take the Big 12. This is the type of game that we have lost the last few years (see KSU twice last year). This win, while not pretty, was a big one. Take the W and get ready for WVU.
