So you think we beat KState and Baylor in KC? Such a great track record against KState, Baylor is #2 and beat us twice, and we have never won 2 with Kruger in KC

Well, the good news is that we will only have to watch this sh!tshow two more times this season....once in KC and once in the NCAA/NIT. Far too often, this team does their best to take the joy out of watching basketball.

Unfortunately, it’s all too typical of a Kruger coached team the past four years. Most teams get better toward the end of the season, OU has gotten worse.

Actually that isn’t completely true. This is the first year since 2016 we had a winning record in February. Up until this week, we didn’t have the year end flop. Our problem has been road conference games.

Still the point is valid that we aren’t playing March ready

Exactly. This team isn’t good. It’s unacceptable. Lon has done nothing since the FF. He should’ve retired after that season cuz it’s been awful since. Lon should retire now or be forced out. Enough already. The program is going the wrong direction. Is Joe C going to wait until we’re dead last before doing something?

I agree with your sentiment but it does matter in a way. Even fans on here talk about how we have made the tournament. That’s how far things have fallen over the years. It reminds me of when Carl Peterson was GM of the Chiefs. They made the playoffs every year and then got crushed in the first round. Then he would raise prices the next year and tout how we made the playoffs again. But a 68 team bracket makes it far worse.

So if we somehow come back and win, finish as #3 in the big 12 with a .500 record, regardless of postseason, do you feel the same way? Because that would be a trending up season compared to the last 4

Wow...if some of you were on the NCAA panel...there might only be 20 or so teams in the tournament....because guess what....there are A LOT of teams that have experienced the SAME GD thing that OU has this year (inconsistent play)!


I mean Tech has lost 4 of their last 5, WV has lost 3 of last 5...even Baylor has lost 3 of 5.

We are a whole 1 game behind both tech and WV and are 3-1 against those teams....should neither of those teams make the tourney either??

Losing and inconsistent play is very frustrating but it’s NOT mutually exclusive to OU!!
