Did Johnson not play last night ? Didn’t get to watch the game and I noticed he wasn’t in the box score .

That was a good test because ECU had a team full of D-1 bodies. Lots of length, good athleticism, and some height and beef in the post.

They’ve got a couple of skilled guards who would be successful in the big 12. Good text physically. They’ll do well in their conference.

At the same time I liked that Mason was not afraid to shoot (and make) that 3 after turning the ball over the previous two possessions.

I like his demeanor on the court. Think it will be a real battle between Cortes and Mason for minutes.

Cortes and Mason could be our starting backcourt in a year or two, as they seem to bring different strengths to the team.
