Calling someone who can't spell or write a proper sentence illiterate is an accurate, factual assertion. The crap you do, on the other hand, is stereotype an entire segment of the population based on generalities. Clearly, not every woman is "emotional," nor is every man unemotional. Nor is either of those things inherently good or bad, yet when you tell someone to stop acting like a woman, i.e., being emotional, you are clearly trying to imply that something is wrong with that. Again, like Steve pointed out, you understand this, but are so dug in that you will bury yourself rather than just admit how juvenile it is.It is actually the exact opposite of sexism! It is the one that gets offended that is the sexist one because they view it as an insult!
If I call a man a woman it is because they are acting like a woman. It has nothing to do with the value I place on women. Or do you think there are zero differences between men and women? Is it not ok to point out differences?
On the contrary, someone calling me illiterate is intelligist because you view people with a lower IQ as lesser value. It goes both ways man. You can't have your cake and eat it too
