OU vs. Idaho State
K-State vs. Charleston Southern
Kansas vs Towson
Missouri vs SE Missouri State
Texas Tech vs Troy
OSU vs A&M Corpus Christi
Baylor vs. Texas Southern

Any upset predictions on that list?

I would watch out for Texas Tech and Troy. In their exhibitions, Tech turned the ball over 26 and 30 times. If they do that in a real game against a D-1 school, they will get beat. The rotation was quirky and weird combos were playing, PLUS they didnt have their best player (Crockett) but still, they struggled in their exhibitions with 10 new players.

What about the OSU game? The Pokes have a lot of new faces, too, although they're more talented than anything Tech can put on the floor.

A&M Corpus Cristi has been pretty good in years past. Didn't OSU struggle in their last game?

There's a lot of star power around the Big 12... but recruiting rankings don't mean wins. The Big 12 might be up for grabs for teams that come together, work hard and, perhaps, aren't distracted by NBA hoop dreams and agents in their ears.

OSU could get upset tonight

Speaking of the Pokes, they are apparently having trouble selling their discounted basketball tickets:

At the start of the week and only days before a Friday season opener against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, season ticket sales were at 94 percent of last year’s total. There have been at least five years in a row of declines.

If you don't have time to read the article, in a nutshell, the OSU AD admitted to trying to milk basketball fans a little bit too much in declining years because his department was in need of money and the end result is that perhaps the price drop is too late, but that hopefully wins will bring the GIA crowds back.

Personally, I think OSU can't be both a basketball and football school like OU can.

plus they are so fired up that they football team could be 10-0 after tomorrow win that they won't focus on basketball. Which is going to hurt the basketball this year

So perhaps our football team should take one for the basketball team and let OSU go undefeated till LSU squishes em in Nawlins so that their basketball team will suck so horribly throughout conference season that we run em into the ground in both Norman and Stilly? :D

 Yes, I know, BAD BADGER! Never acceptable to lose to OSU in football, even if it helps basketball.

A&M CC is terrible this year. 10 new players, first year head coach, two returners who played last year.

Kansas beats Townsend 100-54
Okie State beats A&M CC 71-39

MU beat SEMO by 15, but it was a close game through the first half (SEMO led for a good portion of the first 20 minutes and only trailed by 2 at half).

A lack of depth is really going to hurt MU this year.
