I bet Travis Ford will be going to the NCAA Tournament 3 years in a row, while Capel will be missing the post-season all together for the 2nd year in a row and for the 3rd time in the last 5 years.

Furthermore, Ford will be returning most of this years NCAA Tournament team and adding the #1 recruiting class in the conference and will be a pre-season lock to go back to the NCAA Tournament for a 4th time in a row.

What else do you need?

There is obviously something wrong with this Nash guy because no real recruit without issues ranked in the top 10 is ever going to attend the dump in Stillwater.

There is nothing wrong with Nash... his brother played at OSU and he is following. He is a 6'7'' 215 shooting guard with big range and big time athletic ability.

Nash and JP Olukemi will be the biggest and most athletic 2-3 combo in the Big 12, maybe the country, next season.

The facts. Capel has been more successful. He has more skins on the wall even though he is 6 years younger. He has a better job.

It's gonna be great on March 5 when OU beats OSU and knocks them off the bubble if that sorry team is even on the bubble. They are projected to go 7-9 in Big XII play. ABD will go into hiding again like he did after the Oral Roberts win when 5 minutes before tip off he gave his analysis that Oral Roberts was better at 4 of 5 positions than OU, then he disappeared for 3 days and supposed "missed" that game. lol

Just go to the OSU board where you belong.

The fact you can sit there and conifdentally predict we will beat ANY Big 12 team, with out no doubt, shows that you have not watched this team very closely. We are god awful, possibly one of the worst OU basketball teams to ever take the court. OSU will beat us by 20 in Stillwater and hopefully we can make it a battle in Norman.

Ok Boca you fool, I grew up in Norman, went to OU for undergrad and Law School, and am a booster so call me fake when i've given more to OU (and I don't necessarily mean monetarily) already than you ever will...but watching you make yourself look like a moron on here over the last year or so has gotten tiresome. Your points are hardly ever factually based, they are just your opinion that you believe to be true even after someone throws all kinds of REAL statistics in your face. So you believe Capel is a better coach when he has been to 2 postseasons in 5 years? And he is the coach that cost us the longest postseason streak in the country? Fact is Ford will be employed because he wins, Capel will be unemployed because he has not shown that he can win on a consistent basis without a superstar...
Its one thing to be an OU fan and I respect your passion for it, but you sound utterly ignorant 99% of the time.

It's a trolling habit that is getting old, people are individuals and they will show their support in their own ways. I don't get why its so questionable to call out the issues with the program, if you're doing it to just troll and this habit continues you will be given a temporary ban.

This OSU team is not much different than the last couple of OSU teams. They will win 8 or 9 in conference and be on the bubble. Knowing what is coming in next year I can live with that.

I mean come on, the guy is defending OUr coach against one of our hated adversaries. More of a trolling tactic IMO would be the poke posters who hang around here stalking/waiting on anything to be posted about os-who so that they can flood the thread.

It's a crime against logic to defend the indefensible. If he can make his point or refute others' arguments while using reason which we all understand that is great. If you have to ignore logic to make your point, then your point is irrelevant. We may be fans but we aren't stupid.

There is a difference between defending Capel by using stats and logical arguments and just putting down other posters for having different opinions. boca's recent arguments have more often than not been just that.

He also gives a lot of flack for others expressing their strong opinions.

Usually the people he's responding to seem to at least be attempting to defend their points logically. Boca's arguments are usually based in emotion.

More often than not he is the one who starts the fights or his past behavior leads to it.

I understand your point, along with everyone else's, but you guys should step away for a minute and just look at the recent history of BOB, ABD, and other posters who have made every thread on the board, a personal crusade to beat the I HATE CAPEL drum. Nothing that Boca is doing or has done is any worse than their recent posts.

They make the board less attractive, IMO. I know of at least 5 regulars who just aren't posting here because they are tired of the same old Capel bashing in every thread. Like I said, we all can see the problems with the program. Rehashing those problems in EVERY thread isn't going to change anything, and it is not going to make the rehashers look any more right as they seem to think it will. May as well just let the season play out, have your own ideas about what is best for the future, and let the people who make big money to make the decisions do their job.

IMO, the board is quickly becoming as miserable as it was during the pumper vs cletus days. I'd rather have some Cheno vs IRLOU. At least that was entertaining......
