OU @ KSU 5pm CST on ESPN2

There have been some great games vs. KSU over the years. Hoping for great effort and execution from the Sooners today.

SERIES HISTORY: OKLAHOMA VS. KANSAS STATE

The Sooners lead the all-time series, 108-100, but are 36-61 against the Wildcats in Manhattan. Kansas State has won six straight meetings inside Bramlage Coliseum with the last OU win in Manhattan coming on Jan. 28, 2012.

Oklahoma head coach Lon Kruger is 6-9 against his alma mater while coaching the Sooners.

Trips to Manhattan are always special for Kruger, who played for Kansas State from 1970-74 and was named the Big Eight Player of the Year in 1973 and 1974. Kruger’s No. 12 hangs in the rafters of Bramlage Coliseum.

Senior day for Dean Wade, Barry Brown, Jr., and Kamau Stokes

Win or lose (and I think a win is possible), knowing we won’t have to face Wade, Brown and Stokes after this season is a win for me.

Like to see us win and win because of the contribution of one of the unsung players on the team.

Amen brother. I have absolutely zero expectations for the game today. Just play hard, hit some shots and we'll see what happens.

I’m rooting to be within striking distance at the 8 min mark in the 2nd half. Just stay close and let’s see if we can make a late run/get lucky.

Playing OK so far. 9-8 at under 16. KS shooting 2

11-12 at under 12. OU shooting 2. Not much scoring during that period but both teams delivered and took punches. Sooners are fighting hard.

We are playing well defensively and hanging tough on offense. Calixte took one of his patented horrible shots, but other than that we are moving the ball better and getting some fouls called against them. 12-11 them with Odomes going to the line after the timeout.

Too much one-on-one on offense right now, we need to move the ball.

We are going to have to hope kstate stays cold all game cause our offense is gonna struggle against this defense

Lazy in the zone on those last 2 possesions
