A big problem imo is the switching defense. It invites laziness because you assume the offensive player is moving to your space. Gets players unengaged. Makes blockout assignments harder. Creates mismatches. Kruger should scrap it

The key to the way people are defending us now is to take it to the rack. You get better looks all around and you get fouled. When they extend their defense that far out, you have to take advantage of it.
