NORMAN – Coming off a 31-point win over Florida A&M on Saturday, Oklahoma (3-1, 1-0 Big 12) continues its homestand when it hosts Oral Roberts (2-3, 0-0 Summit) at Lloyd Noble Center. The matchup with the Golden Eagles was not originally on OU's 2020-21 schedule, but came together earlier this month after OU's first three games were called off due to positive COVID tests.

Despite its 2-3 record, ORU has made a few major programs sweat this season, taking both Wichita State and Oklahoma State down to the wire in five-point losses. The Golden Eagles enter the matchup averaging 13.6 3-pointers per game at a 40.2% clip

Currently OU -16.5

ORU has a couple of good players - G Max Abmas & F Kevin Obanor - both can shoot.

ORU played Bacone last night and Obanor did not play. Not sure as to why, but the box score did not list him and Abmas was credited with 2 free throws only..

It does make sense that they would choose to rest some of their players given the nature of playing 2 consecutive days.

Harkless w/the defensive play.

Gibson starting to get the hang of wearing the Sooner uniform.
