I mean hes clearly sketchy and has demons but what should we do when no charges and i think the fiancee walked it back or something right?

Im WAY more troubled by brandon miller supplying the gun in the bama murder.. he could have been charged with felony murder or something

not really he brought a legal fire arm to the owner of the legal fire arm after the guy said he felt threatened ..

what part of that is illegal?

Beard is an abuser .. period .. just because there women won't testify so a conviction is impossible .. doesn't mean he is in any way "innocent"

if there was even a question that he didn't do anything he would still be the HC at texas

I dont know all of the facts and i dont do criminal law. But did he not block in the car too of the victim? I def could be wrong. But in any case aiding and abetting or not can be a thin line. And idk what the intents were of the parties. I just googled an article of a bama crim lawyer and he said it was a lot closer of a call then people realize

Idk about that for sure. Have there been other documented incidents?

Back in my college days i had a drunk girl show up at my house wasted once and she got all pissed and threatened to drive home 3 hours so i had to forcibly take the keys away so she wouldn't kill herself. She could have made claims similarly to Beards finacee.. who freaking knows man imo

Regardless of veracity, public perception plays a big role in coaching jobs. I wouldnt take the firing as conclusive proof necessary. It could support that but who knows.

Jans used to live down the street from me. He got in trouble off the court and got fired after his one season at Bowling Green, but has bounced back quickly. I personally think they should avoid bringing back another guy so closely linked to Marshall.

Yes, mostly in jest. I’m so disgusted with the state of the program and the poor job that Moser has done. I don’t think he’s going to magically turn it around. I’m lamenting the fact that we are basically stuck for at least another year.
 
The local beat writer, who does a fantastic job covering WSU, just write lab article that mentioned a few names. One prominently mentioned was Kellen Sampson. He wrote that the word is that he is at least interested in the job because he is familiar with the program and thinks it could be a good gig if he doesn’t want to wait for his dad to retire.
