I think it's more a Sam Godwin thing than anything. He's ideally a backup 5 in the Big 12.

What on earth has happened to Uzan? He had a couple good games that made me think he was finding last year’s form, but his season as a whole has been so lackluster. Long segments of games go by where you barely even notice him. He has more fouls than points in the last two games. If he could just get back to last year’s level, this team’s ceiling would be much higher.
