NORMAN – Oklahoma (14-11, 4-8 Big 12) hosts No. 20 Texas (18-7, 7-5 Big 12) for the second game of the Red River Rivalry Tuesday, Feb. 15 at Lloyd Noble Center.

OU last played Saturday, Feb. 12 at No. 8 Kansas and dropped a battle against the Jayhawks, 71-69. Jordan Goldwire tallied a career-high 20 points on 9-for-16 shooting. Tanner Groves added 19 points, Elijah Harkless 12 and Jalen Hill 10.

The Sooners finished the week 1-1 after knocking off then-No. 9 Texas Tech 70-55 Feb. 9 at Lloyd Noble Center behind a career-best 30 points by Umoja Gibson.

Doors to the arena open one hour before tip and the Lloyd Noble Center's clear-bag policy is in effect.

OU +1 O/U 125

Every game is now critical for tournament hopes. Sweep the last three home games and OU is probably in; lose one and you need at least one road win to feel good.

Play the last six games with hair on fire like Saturday and 6-0 is not an impossibility.

Texas is a good team, but they're not better than the last team that came to LNC and left with a thumping. Give me OU 64-59.

I’ll go ahead and say it … 6-0 is an impossibility. :)

Take care of the ball and don’t get killed on the glass and we certainly will have every chance to win tonight. Revert to our careless ball handling, and we could lose by double digits. I think every game will essentially come down to ball security. But we definitely need to start turning some of these close losses into wins. Playing top teams close only gets you so far if you don’t win more than a couple of them.

Tough match up for ou with the size and athleticism texas has. Gotta figure out a way to get this win!

Tech beat them. We can too!

Gotta see some shots go in.

Good guys leading at fist timeout. Better start than we had in Austin.

Offense was lifeless until that steal and layup.

stopped the bleeding temporarily...but my gawd, what a bad lineup to have on the floor (Mason and Groves at the same time)....ugh.

OU down 4 under 12 time out .... OU is guarding well but texas is hitting tough shots

Yep. Have to stay patient on D but Offense needs more movement and drive and kick.

Texas 8/11 from the floor. That isn't going to cut it on the defensive end.

Similar to.how tech game started, I remember saying if they hit these shots all night we are done. Hope it's the same outcome!
