MOKAN Elite plays in the Peach Jam finals.

Along with lots of d1 kids, including Porter, and tulsa central pg Elijah Landrum

After watching the 1st half.....we have GOT to get Young!!! He will start from day 1 and is the type of player to take us back to the FF!!! I also really like Landrum and would love to get both of them! They play well together on the court at the same time.

Good to see that the WHOLE OU coaching staff is in the stands too!

Come on Trae!! Come to OU and take us back to the promised land!!!! Take your own route!! You will not be dissapointed!!

Agree! This kid is a must get!!! He is so crafty with the ball. Doesn't have to score to be a big difference maker.

True. But when a kid can score like Young he becomes a must get fans like us don't see too often. He already has 25 points on 5 of 8 shooting from three to go with 8 assists and at least 2 steals.

I missed the first half, but tuned in at halftime thanks to the heads up from CoachTalk. Thanks, CT!

Man he looked good. Really has developed his point guard skills & efficiency. Probably going to start challenging Duval for the top pg spot.

A lot of talent on display. Mokan shared the ball well and played excellent team D. Porter was recruiting Trae in an after game interview.
Trae passed well also.

I think we all know where Porter will end up. His dad is a UW assistant and his godfather is the head coach. The odds of him going anywhere else are somewhere in the neighborhood of slim and none.

In other words, he wants Trae to be his teammate in colleg, as long as it's the school he plans to attend.

If he were 6'4 or above he would be a consensus Top 5 player. That's my opinion after watching him yesterday.

Wow, now I really want him badly.

I always prefer the undersized guys. It keeps them out of the NBA longer.

In Young's case, it doesn't appear that it's going to keep him out of the NBA for too long, though.

Young is legit, and I think he's a one and done player. Which is still great for us, since the best recruiting tool out there is always going to be having your guy's names called in the NBA draft.

We are in the lead.

I know you have some "inside" knowledge...in a way.

Just read the article linked on SoonersEtc. I really get the "feeling" OU is there but not in the lead...lots of uk talk. Sounds like he'd be a great get.

UK is there. No doubt. I "know" a few folks. Just pass along what I can.

Buddy will help us bring this one home.

The article on ETC is written by a SEC LEAN....

Young is starting to cut his list. Should be out soon

Ou ku uk Washington likely with Texas and ok state

Washington just took a 4 star pg/sg Blake Harris. Still have room but I don't see Washington as his place to go.

In the opinion of those familiar with his game, is he a 1 and done type guy or more likely to stick for 2 or 3 years?

2 or 3 years. Not having good size and great athleticism will probably keep him from being 1 and done imo.
